MAGAZINE CENSORSHIP
An alternative medicine magazine has been pulled from the shelves of Coles and Woolworths after a radio host slammed it as “dangerous and misleading”.
What Doctors Don’t Tell You is a magazine that publishes the latest healthcare news, alongside information on therapies and medicines, featuring a host of articles and stories written by leading experts and respected regular contributors.
The launch issue issue of the AUS/NZ edition was released for readers in Australia and New Zealand in August-September 2019. It is published bimonthly and the issue the latest issue is the fifth edition.
The decision by to pull the April-May 2020 edition, for which I had already picked up a copy and was impressed to see in stock, was made in late April after Sydney 2GB radio host Ben Fordham expressed outrage at it being on the shelves in Australia’s two biggest supermarkets.
The issue in question featured a step-by-step guide to protecting yourself against 5G technology, as well as a number of holistic and alternative pieces on medicine and well-being:
On Twitter, Fordham shared an image of the latest edition’s front cover, accusing the magazine of ‘downplaying the dangers of coronavirus’ and linking vaccines to autism.
Following pressure from 2GB and Fordham, the supermarkets complied with the appeals.
“Coles does not endorse the content of this magazine,” the supermarket said in a statement to 2GB.
“Coles is removing it from all stores nationwide. We encourage everyone to listen to help authorities in regards to COVID-19.”
In a later update, Fordham said Woolworths also confirmed it would remove the magazine from sale.
“We’ve informed the supplier we’ll be removing the magazine,” Woolworths said in a statement.
“We would encourage our customers to seek and follow expert medical advice.”
Royal Australian College of General Practitioners President, Dr Harry Nespolon, applauded the decision, calling it an exercise in “corporate responsibility”.
Following the decision, the publisher has spoken out against Ben Fordham for his calculated effort to censor free speech in a world of COVID-19 restrictions.
PUBLISHER HITS BACK
After a successful bid by Ben Fordham and 2GB to pressure supermarkets into removing the magazine from shelves, many have expressed concerns over the targeted nature of the move.
Nuclear Media Chief Executive, Michael Downs, said the publisher did not blame Coles and Woolworths for not wanting to cause controversy in a growing age of social media.
“We obviously think the decision is misplaced and reactionary, but this is the world we live in,” he told reporters. However, he continued to slam Fordham for his actions to remove the established brand:
“Our problem is not with the supermarkets, it’s with Ben Fordham and 2GB.
How pathetic that ruining livelihoods, censoring well-researched information and shutting down freedom of speech is considered ‘having a win’ by this immature individual.”
Downs says the 5G article in question was thoroughly researched and “very sensible”.
He pointed reporters to the magazine editorial panel, which includes doctors from the US and UK — described as “leading pioneers in nutritional, environmental and alternative medicine”.
Asked if he would be approaching the supermarkets to reconsider or for any further comment, Downs said “I think this ship has sailed”.
Despite the moves, Downs said the feedback from readers had been “overwhelmingly supportive” and they could still source the magazine through newsagents or via online subscriptions.
The scenes we are witnessing are becoming far too commonplace in a new era of COVID-19 censorship and campaigns to stamp out ‘misinformation’.
COVID-19 THOUGHTCRIME
Today, with the COVID-19(84) saga continuing to reach unprecedented heights, the event has triggered what is now described as an ‘infodemic’. A battle of information in the public sphere.
The removal of magazines from supermarkets shelves is the first example of censorship in the physical world, and mirrors existing battles taking place in the realm of the internet during COVID-19.
Evidence suggests that the foundations are being built for an approaching era of COVID-19 ‘thoughtcrime’ — where all those who oppose consensus narratives will become ‘unpersoned’.
In George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four, it was the state that determined what constituted acceptable speech in keeping society orderly. In 2020, the state is joined by a small cadre of companies in Silicon Valley, now wielding power over what we are permitted to see and say online.
Social media companies have recently launched new campaigns to censor COVID-19 material opposing official establishment viewpoints on the topic.
In a joint statement, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Reddit, Twitter and YouTube have pledged to work together to stop the spread of opposing viewpoints.
Much like Orwell’s novel, during the COVID-19 saga, free expression and open debate is being replaced by a technocratic system of censorship, where anyone who disagrees or thinks independently is guilty of a thoughtcrime and is ‘punished’ by being silenced.
Once again, clowns like Ben Fordham believe they can control the narrative and the flow of information. Supermarkets gladly sell magazines full of lies, half truths and celebrity nonsense on a regular basis, so what is the issue? Ben must have felt real ‘triggered’ that particular day, at least.
Hey, Ben: We are adults, capable of critical thinking and objective analysis, and we can consult with whatever materials we choose to. You don’t get to decide for us, pal.
Australians are entitled to have the option to consider all positions on any topic and they most certainly don’t require your assistance to sort it out for them.

Interesting News,Thank You…….. I have never seen the Magazine, but it certainly looks interesting, I must go and buy it, does it come out monthly.?
The medical profession will make millions from 5G WIFI currents attacking ones body especially with children.
There are Doctors around who advise both Natural and Pharma Medication, but they seem to be getting fewer and fewer, if only I knew of one where I live.
Dr Lady Celinto was a great medical doctor in Brisbane she died at 94 in the 1980’s, she advised in her many books on Vitamins and Natural Therapies, no wonder they changed the name from being called the Lady Celinto Children’s Hospital, To Brisbane Children’s Hospital………it would have caused great upset to the Pharmaceutical Industry when word got out about her proven natural therapy suggestions.
They foretold that all Natural Medication Stores are to be closed down some time soon.
I have lost all respect for doctors who refuse to give at least some advice on natural therapies and vitamins.

This is an alarming but possibly predictable move in an increasingly authoritarian world.
Do you have any source material to back up this prediction?
During the Covid lock down and quarantine in NZ the homeopathic pharmacies and natural medicine stores were all required to halt business as they were in formed they are ‘non-essential’ during the presenting health crisis. Pharmacies were not even allowed to provide online, phone or mail orders. I know practitioners in Australia with hundreds of dollars of natural medicine orders placed in NZ that were quarantined and delayed for at least 6 weeks and not sure if these orders have ever arrived. These business have now been allowed to reopen but in a reduced capacity only. YET Amazon was allowed to continue to fill orders for anything a person could find on the net and post them all over the world.
Tell me what is the difference between an order for natural medicines from Amazon and one from an independent natural medicine pharmacy?
I think that would be …
1 – the Amazon sorting warehouse’s are teaming with staff who weren’t provided adequate PPE and social distancing imposed by governments where as the much smaller Natural Medicine pharmacies are more able to follow the imposed work place social distancing regs…
and that’s right
2 – Amazon is a BIG player in the money stakes around covid capitalism.
I’m sure there’s much much more.
The reason you don’t find doctors and GP’s who lean towards natural medicine for their patients is because they are not allowed to break with the imposed medical protocols for patients without the risk of losing their license to practice.

Dora….Unable to put in any details about the Gov wanting to close down Alternative Health Shops, everything on the Youtube to do with health only covers the Virus & nothing but the Virus. It was Probably Dana Ashlie or Amazing Polly both on BitChute, ..or maybe TU (The Unshackled)Australian media….
I’ve heard those quotes so many times about closing Alt Health Shops, it’s gone quiet all of a sudden, strange no one is talking about it.
I think BitChute is being attacked by Youtube. Difficult to get on there now.

I subscribed to ‘What Doctors Don’t Tell You’ for yrs. It was a newsletter then. All of a sudden
they left for UK. I believe they were forced out of the US. I still have the newsletters and I
believed/believe what they published over the favorite son BS. You just know.

Ben Fordham, what a STOOGE!! …at least he’s short which would come in handy with his low status in the pecking order 😉
Unfortunately, he has now come up the pecking order. He replaces Alan Jones when he retires very soon. I didn’t agree with everything Alan Jones said, but at least he used his notoriety to help struggling people out. No one can truly replace him, but Ben is taking over the “top spot” on that radio network. They are all vehement vaccine pushers on that network, Ray, Debra and Ben. Alan didn’t talk about them as much.
I work for Uncensored Magazine, and we had similar things happen to us. It started with supermarkets and then booksellers followed, and the situation has been ongoing for several years. Most of our sales are now through subs or online purchase.

In today’s show we delve into a conspiracy theory which proposes that alternative health practitioners across the US are being systematically eliminated.
We propose that this widespread conspiracy theory is essentially disinformation designed to distract the general public from the very real concerns about the death of controversial autism researcher Dr. Jeff Bradstreet.
Dr. Bradstreet was a licenced MD and had published his research in peer reviewed journals. His research and credentials presented a serious problem for the Big Pharma PR campaign to stamp out popular belief in the connection between autism and vaccines. There were people in high places who stood to gain by his death.
In our view the death of Jeff Bradstreet is highly suspicious, but the importance of this case has been clouided by swirling conspiracy theories which conflate this death with other unconnected deaths around the country.
Also in today’s show we look at the story of fetal tissue from partial birth abortions being sold by the Planned Parenthood charity organisation.
