RSV VACCINE
In August last year, we reported that scientists were on the verge of a new ‘breakthrough’ to combat Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) in babies and pregnant women.
The hope was to develop the first vaccine for RSV after decades of research into the field.
Now, it seems they have ‘achieved’ their ‘goal’, with a ‘world-first study’ finding the new vaccine against RSV is “safe and effective for use in pregnant women, to help protect their babies”.
RSV is reported to infects the airways and lungs, leading to complications such as bronchiolitis and pneumonia.
A paper published in the New England Journal of Medicine while trials were ongoing reported the vaccine, given to women who were between 24 and 36 weeks pregnant, “gave their babies protection from severe RSV for up to 180 days after birth”.
The Phase-3 clinical trial was held in 18 countries, including Australia, and found the Pfizer RSVpreF vaccine helped “protect newborns from lower respiratory tract infections caused by RSV – one of the leading causes of hospitalisation for babies globally”.
Yes, Pfizer.. and yes, ‘safe and effective’.
It is like a never-ending medical merry-go-round you can’t get off.
Professor Peter Richmond, Head of Paediatrics and the University of Western Australia’s Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences said he was pleased with the results on an international level.
“As a paediatrician who has looked after sick babies with RSV for more than 30 years, the idea that we could prevent a large proportion of these illnesses is fantastic,” he said.

Following the ‘success’ of the trials, and even beforehand, regulatory groups are already in line to approve the RSV jab.
The U.S. FDA accepted the license application process from Pfizer in February 2023, and are expected to make a decision on the vaccine with their “set to action” date by August 2023:
In Australia the vaccine, to be labelled “Nirsevimab”, will submitted to regulatory bodies including Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration and the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation for approval in 12 months.
But, just how deadly is this ‘virus’ anyway? And is the vaccine really safe?
Attempts to develop an RSV vaccine have proved unsuccessful with efforts going back over 50 years.
This is due both to the difficulty of immunising very young infants, who often respond inadequately to vaccinations, and past experimental vaccines triggering more serious infections, delaying progress.
RSV infection is the most common cause of bronchiolitis and pneumonia among infants under 1 year of age, but only roughly 6,000 young children are admitted to hospital with RSV in Australia every year.
These stats, in fact, have increased due to COVID lockdowns.
In late 2020, while we were all focused on COVID, a RSV surge was reported, beginning in spring and extending into summer across New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, and Western Australia.
Queensland Health also saw a rise in the number of RSV cases in aged care in 2021.
Is that just a ‘coincidence’?
University of Sydney researchers also recently explored how the pandemic was responsible for creating a huge change in the incidence and genetics of RSV across the country:
That’s right, the pandemic (specifically lockdowns) disrupted the seasonal pattern of RSV.
Right in time for the statistics to be high and the vaccine to be fast-tracked.

Is there any information on what type of vaccine this is? They haven’t said, “is this a normal vaccine” or is it mRNA? Would like to know, just out of curiosity.
It won’t make any difference, will still be poison.
Deliberately create a scenario where the numbers of increased cases happen first, create fear, then create a vaccine, now people are getting lied to constantly. So tragic that babies are bombared with toxic poisons which set them up for life long health issues. Notice how they are using the same terms “protects against severe infection” in otherwords it does not protect you from getting it in the first place. The more poison you put in your body the more likely you lower your immune system. My son never had any vaccines or medications (except homeopathy), and he never gets even a sniffle, he is an adult now, and I am amazed he does not know what it is like to even have a cold.
Yes I remember my grandson as a baby getting bronchiolitis straight after the MMR vax and ending up in hospital. The horrors of putting all these poisons into young children is never ending. The sad thing is propaganda over the years has convinced parents their children will get sick if they don’t take them. The fact they are often getting sick afterwards doesn’t seem to register.
