Pfizer meets another lawsuit.
TEXAS SUING PFIZER
The Attorney-General of Texas is suing Pfizer, accusing the company misrepresenting the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine in a lawsuit filed in state court.
The pharmaceutical giant used misleading statistics to promote its vaccine and sought to “intimidate and silence” those who questioned the product’s efficacy, the lawsuit says.
Ken Paxton is seeking more than $15 million in civil fines, and a court order barring Pfizer from speaking publicly about the efficacy of its vaccine.
“We are pursuing justice for the people of Texas, many of whom were coerced by tyrannical vaccine mandates to take a defective product sold by lies,” Paxton said in a statement.
Paxton says it was misleading for Pfizer to claim its vaccine was 95 per cent effective because it offered a “relative risk reduction” for people to who took it. This was a claim peddled by government officials:
The Attorney-General says the claim was based on only two months of clinical trial data, and highlights how the pandemic got worse after people started taking Pfizer’s vaccine.
“Pfizer intentionally misrepresented the efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine and censored persons who threatened to disseminate the truth in order to facilitate fast adoption of the product and expand its commercial opportunity,” the complaint said.
Paxton’s statement continues: “COVID-19 cases increased after widespread vaccine administration, and some areas saw a greater percentage of deaths from COVID-19 among the vaccinated population than the unvaccinated.”
“When the failure of its product became apparent, Pfizer then pivoted to silencing truth-tellers.”
All reasonable and logical claims made by the Attorney-General, with most of Pfizer’s lies now exposed and out in the open in regards to the “biological product” they unleashed on the public.
Pfizer lied, and people died.
THE EVIDENCE IS CLEAR

Not only was the company telling everyone that initial doses of the vaccine had a ‘95% efficacy rate’, but court-released FDA documents reveal they were already planning for the third dose at the same time.
This is following sleight-of-hand tactics used to ensure the so-called ‘clinical trials’ were as stretched as humanly possible, including rounding down injury statistics to 0 and covering up deaths.
Following the vaccine roll out, the company downplayed the harms of lipid nanoparticles contained in the vaccines, which had unknown long-term results in human populations upon release.
Pfizer representatives were recently grilled in a senate estimates hearing here in Australia, where much more was uncovered, including the fact employees had special batches separate from the public.
This followed revelations that a multi-department censorship campaign was undertaken to ensure that any questioning of the narrative was suppressed and ‘fact-checked’ to oblivion.
Pfizer is also facing another lawsuit here in Australia, with a Victorian GP accusing the company of covering up the inclusion of GMO substances in the jabs, without regulator approval.
Not to mention the class action lawsuits that are ongoing for both individuals and businesses.
Australia literally spent billions of dollars on experimental mRNA jabs from companies just like Pfizer, allowing them to have record profits for multiple years now off the lies and deceptions.
And yet, Pfizer couldn’t even pay their staff a decent wage despite the massive amount of revenue raised, which shows you exactly all you need to know about those heading the organisation itself.
Pfizer have been at the center of many Big Pharma scandals for decades now, in ned with the FDA, but after this unprecedented saga.. let’s hope nobody ever forgets the name of the snake in the future.
Let’s also hope some accountability is found after all these lawsuits and said-and-done.
