KSM TO STAND TRIAL

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the man accused of ‘masterminding’ the September 11 ‘attacks’, is due to finally face trial in 2028 – almost 27 years after the events of that infamous day.

Mohammed, commonly known as KSM, was captured in Pakistan in March 2003 and has been held by the United States ever since. His case has become one of the longest and most controversial ‘terrorism’ prosecutions in modern American history.

U.S authorities accuse Mohammed of being the “principal architect” of the 9/11 plot, which they say involved 19 hijackers seizing four commercial aircrafts and crashing them.

Two planes were reportedly flown into the World Trade Centre in New York, another supposedly struck the Pentagon, and a fourth apparently crashed in Pennsylvania.

I say ‘reportedly’ and ‘supposedly’, because we all know the official narrative is a lie.

After his capture, Mohammed was held in the CIA’s secret detention programme for several years, before being transferred to Guantanamo Bay in 2006.

During his CIA detention, he was subjected to harsh interrogation methods, including waterboarding – a technique in which a detainee is made to feel as though they are drowning. The treatment has become central to the legal battle surrounding his prosecution.

Mohammed subsequently made extensive statements about the 9/11 plot.

But, despite all of this, bringing this alleged ‘planner’ to trial has proved extraordinarily difficult – primarily because they don’t want to confront their own false story.

His defence has argued, rightfully so, that statements obtained after torture or coercive treatment cannot fairly be used against him. Prosecutors, meanwhile, have sought to distinguish later interviews from the earlier CIA interrogations.

That issue remains unresolved more than two decades later.

In a significant development this month, a military judge ruled that statements Mohammed gave to FBI agents in 2007 could not be used against him, finding that they were not voluntary. The decision represents another setback for prosecutors.

The case has also been repeatedly delayed by disputes over classified evidence, interrogation records, the rules governing military commissions, and whether evidence obtained during the defendants’ detention can be admitted.

For several years, those accused faced the possibility of a full trial and the death penalty.

But in 2024, prosecutors reached plea agreements with Mohammed and two other defendants. Under the proposed deals, the men would plead guilty in exchange for avoiding execution and receiving life imprisonment.

The agreements were subsequently revoked, triggering another round of legal challenges and returning the case towards a full trial.

A military judge has now scheduled proceedings to begin on 5 June 2028, although that date is not guaranteed. Prosecutors and defence lawyers still have substantial pre-trial disputes to resolve, and further appeals could push the trial back again.

Four men are currently expected to face trial: Mohammed; Walid bin Attash; Ammar al-Baluchi, also known as Ali Abdul Aziz Ali; and Mustafa al-Hawsawi.

A fifth defendant, Ramzi bin al-Shibh, has been deemed unfit to stand trial because of “serious psychological problems”.

Nearly 27 years after 9/11, the case may finally reach its courtroom conclusion – something those who know the truth about that faithful day have been waiting for.

With the 25^th anniversary approaching, it has been a long campaign for those speaking out against the many inconsistencies on that day – and the deeper ritualistic nature of the event.

An event that woke an entire generation to the lies of governments, the truth of the military-industrial complex, and the deceptions of the mainstream media.

THE 9/11 RITUAL

It is safe to say that without the events of 9/11, perhaps TOTT News wouldn’t be here.

I remember being a young man who tuned into an episode of Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura one day, and after binge watching the series, I didn’t feel the same after watching his episodes on the Twin Towers and the Pentagon.

His show exposed me to Alex Jones, David Icke, and other personalities – which started the ball rolling in my awakening process. Documentaries like Loose Change, AE911 Truth: Experts Speak Out, and the work of Dr. Judy Wood, all solidified that something was not right here in my mind.

I soon discovered monthly 9/11 Street Actions in my local CBD, hosted by the Brisbane chapter of We Are Change. These people remain some of my closest friends.

Here is a photo of me on the 10^th anniversary of 9/11 in Brisbane handing out flyers and DVDs with the group, something they did for many years. Real grassroots action.

As the years went on, I noticed a change in the attitude of those we would interact with on the streets. They went from seeing us as ‘crazy’ – including many hostile interactions – to most starting the conversation on our side having done their own research.

Steve and the team handed out thousands of free DVDs, and tens of thousands of flyers. I like to think that somehow, our work made some small difference.

Today, most people see the events of 9/11 for what they were – at least on the surface level. Much like how most believe JFK was not killed by Lee Harvey Oswald.

In 2022, a ground-breaking report that refuted the official story of 9/11 was finally agreed to be reviewed by the Journal of Engineering Mechanics after a ten year wait.

Back then, it was ‘fundamental Muslims’ around every corner.

Today, it is ‘far-right extremists’ and ‘Neo-Nazis’.

So yes, if you are to ask me if I think Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was the ‘mastermind’ behind the attacks, or that he is guilty of any crime, I would respectfully laugh.

Let’s hope this man finally gets a fair day in court, after two and half decades of captivity, but I doubt the state who is really behind the ritual on that day will give him a fair shot.

One of the gravest miscarriages of justice a human being will ever endure.

All in the name of protecting a lie so big it re-defined the entire landscape of the world.

They won’t give that up easily, or ever admit to it – but the people know the truth.
