Another public figure takes a u-turn.
SANDILANDS “FOOLED” OVER JABS
Australian radio host Kyle Sandilands has revisited his role in the country’s COVID-19 vaccination campaign, saying he was “so wrong” to promote the vaccines and claiming broadcasters were “fooled” by the government.
Sandilands made the comments on Kyle Sandilands Live, reflecting on his involvement in the 2021 campaign and his widely publicised parody song, Get Vaxxed Baby.
He said he had believed he was doing the right thing at the time, based on the information being provided by public authorities.
“I was involved, and a lot of people, a lot of broadcasters, TV presenters were – we were all fooled at one stage by the government,” Sandilands said, recalling the song.
He also rejected suggestions that he had been paid to promote vaccination, saying he had simply been trying to communicate what he had been told was an important message.
The comments represent a significant change in tone from Sandilands’ position during the ‘pandemic’, including the parody of Vanilla Ice’s Ice Ice Baby.
At the time, the campaign attracted praise from senior politicians, including then-Prime Minister Scott Morrison and NSW Health Minister Brad Hazzard.
Sandilands’ campaign came at a time when Australia was struggling to increase vaccination rates amid widespread lockdowns and concern about ‘the spread of the Delta variant’.
Five years later, however, Sandilands says he believes the public was not given the full picture about COVID transmission.
He argued that governments knew vaccinated people could still contract the virus and pass it on, but claimed this information was not adequately communicated.
“What about when they knew – the government knew – that even if we got the vaccine, we could still get COVID and we could still pass it on?” he said.
“But they never told us that. They kept it from us.”
Websites like TOTT News were telling you this from the very beginning.
His latest remarks also echo comments he made in 2022, when he referred to his involvement in the vaccination campaign as helping to “con” Australians into getting vaccinated. On that occasion, however, his comments were made while criticising the NSW authorities and questioning their assessment of whether he was a “fit and proper person”.
Sandilands’ change of position comes amid a broader reassessment of the ‘pandemic’ years, with debates continuing over government restrictions, public health messaging, vaccine mandates, and the way COVID ‘deaths’ and ‘infections’ were recorded.
Yet another admission that the vaccination campaign itself was fraudulent.
One that saw unprecedented actions undertaken by government authorities and police forces to ensure the ‘expert’ advice models were enforced.
As time went on, the ‘conspiracy theorists’ were proven correct – as the actions of these entities revealed to us all just where our so-called ‘free countries’ are slowly heading.
We were on the right side of history all along.

The comments of Sandilands follow a similar admission in March by Karl Stefanovic, who also expressed regret over the role he played in encouraging COVID-19 jabs.

He suggested the media should have taken a more critical approach to government policies and public health messaging at the time, and was ousted by Channel 9 shortly after for his podcast with British personality, Tommy Robinson.
These two are not alone in their reversal of positions in the years following the ‘pandemic’.
Dominic Perrottet, the former NSW Premier is another example after Karl Stefanovic. In his 2024 valedictory speech, Perrottet explicitly said the strict enforcement of COVID vaccine mandates was a “mistake” and that “ultimately mandates were wrong”.
He argued that people should not have lost their jobs over their personal vaccination choice.
Ben Fordham is another one worth mentioning. In December 2021, Fordham strongly criticised the NSW government’s vaccination messaging and Gladys Berejiklian.
He said people who had reluctantly been vaccinated because they believed vaccination was the route back to normality “feel like they’ve been conned”, and described the situation as creating “vaccine regret” – emerging as an alternative voice in Alan Jones’ 2GB place.
Some say celebrities and notable personalities are reverting their positions as a means to pivot with the predominant narrative at any given time, and that could be true.
Either way, these types of comments were unthinkable during the ‘pandemic’ timeframe and would have ensured you were cancelled from public exposure for good.
Just look at what happened to Pete Evans.
I don’t think any of us will ever forget just how tense and restrictive that period was.
It became clear very early on that we were going to see levels of medical coercion the likes never witnessed in this country – as the government bribed and banned to get their way.

Across the board, many industries sacked vital workers and punished those who opposed.
Any person who did not go along with the narrative was categorised as a sub-class human.
For those who didn’t get the jab, they were no longer permitted to enter ‘non-essential’ retail businesses, with many stores requiring such a passport, including Bunnings and Big W.

Although now regretful, the likes of Sandilands and Stefanovic were part of the problem and represent a symbol of media power to influence the masses of Australia.
If another ‘pandemic’-type event was to emerge in the future, you can be assured that whoever fills the role of the TV talking head at the time will follow the same path.
When I interviewed Pete Evans on multiple occasions during this period, he told me that plenty of his colleagues in the entertainment world felt the same way he did, knew what he knew, and were themselves taking steps to protect themselves behind the scenes.
You may remember the upper-classes were seemingly operating on their own rules.
But none of them said anything – and allowed Australia to suffer like it did.
This is not the role of journalists, and these two will have to earn their trust back.
It may take a long time for that to occur.

All I have to say is; too little too late! Maybe next time people like Kyle and Karl should be a bit more critical of government narratives bring pushed onto the public from the onset instead of admitting they were wrong later on!
As the other commenters note, zero risk for these public figures to “come clean” now, ca 5 years too late. At the height of Convid1984, they were part of the problem. But at least they have admitted they were wrong…Dolly never did…neither did Warney, who himself fell victim to the very poison he promoted.
As you note, Ethan, TOTT News picked the scamdemic and the deadly Covax from the start…Kyle/Karl should have too.
John Dawe wonders if “Bird Flu” may provide the next scamdemic chapter. Indeed, the SA & Vic govts/corporate media are pushing this fake narrative hard. According to them, this “deadly virus” has leapt from sea birds to dolphins and even foxes…people next?
