FAUCI PLEADS THE FIFTH
Anthony Fauci is facing a referral to the U.S Department of Justice after repeatedly refusing to answer questions at a tense hearing examining his role during the COVID-19 ‘pandemic’.
Dr. Fauci, the former Director of the U.S National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and a prominent public face of America’s response, appeared before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on 29 July under subpoena.
During the roughly two-hour hearing, Fauci invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination more than 100 times, as he avoided answering any questions whatsoever.
Rather than providing substantive explanations to queries raised, he repeatedly declined to respond on the advice of his lawyers.
The hearing centred on several contentious issues, including the origins of COVID-19, U.S funding for research in China, allegations concerning gain-of-function research, and whether Fauci had previously provided misleading information to Congress.
The proceedings became particularly heated as committee chairman Senator Rand Paul, a Republican and long-standing critic of Fauci, pressed him to respond to questions concerning his conduct and the possibility of criminal wrongdoing.
Fauci argued that he had legitimate reasons to exercise his constitutional privilege. He accused Paul of pursuing an “unhinged obsession” with him and said he believed the hearing was intended to elicit statements that could potentially be used against him.
Senators, however, questioned why Fauci should have grounds to fear prosecution.
They pointed to a presidential pardon issued by former President Joe Biden in January 2025, which provided Fauci with a full and unconditional pardon covering federal offences connected with his government service between 1 January 2014 and 19 January 2025.
Senator Paul and other Republicans argued that the pardon substantially removed the threat of federal prosecution, and therefore undermined Fauci’s justification for refusing to testify.
The confrontation escalated when Fauci’s lawyer, David Schertler, repeatedly intervened during the hearing. In quite interesting scenes, Paul ultimately ordered him removed from the room, and Capitol Police escorted the lawyer from the hearing.
Democrats on the committee accused Republicans of effectively attempting to entrap Fauci, whereas the counter argument is that Fauci was refusing to comply with a legitimate congressional investigation despite being subpoenaed to testify.
The immediate consequence of the hearing was not a criminal referral, but Paul announced that the committee would pursue a contempt-of-Congress resolution over Fauci’s refusals.
That step was taken on 6 August, when the committee voted 8–5, along party lines, to hold Fauci in contempt. The matter was then referred to the Justice Department – asking them to consider the allegation that he unlawfully refused to comply with Congress.
The confrontation represents the latest escalation in a long-running political battle over the origins of COVID-19 and the U.S government’s handling of the ‘pandemic’.
Americans have every right to accuse Fauci of misleading Congress, and it is no surprise our old friend would turn legitimate questions about ‘pandemic’-era decisions to a constitutional and legal battle over the limits of congressional investigative power.
After years of being told to ‘trust the science’, the science pleads the Fifth.
How about that, folks?
Not a very good look for all of those that bent over backwards to follow government orders and ‘stop the deadly virus’, underpinned by the unwavering certainty of the ‘experts’.
‘Experts’, like Fauci, who are running scared when confronted over exactly what happened during that period – and why everything they said virtually turned out to be a lie.
The truth has come out, and the ‘conspiracy theorists’ have been validated – while snakes like Fauci attempt to slither away into the grass without being held accountable.
THE COVID SCAM
It is hard to believe it has been over six years since the ‘pandemic’ was officially declared and we entered into the Twilight Zone, with the mind virus infecting most of humanity.
The COVID-19 period would see countries begin to enter national lockdowns, media fearmongering and hysteria begin to take an unprecedented worldwide campaign, and authorities began pushing a ‘united’ message of compliance to the ‘science’.
Those that spoke up against Fauci and the centralised information being fed to us from the World Health Organization and others, were labelled ‘crazy’ and blacklisted from society.
The U.S government were a part of this mass machine of deception, just like our government was – although not mandating anywhere near the level we were subjected too.
For instance, in 2025, the U.S Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations released a bombshell report exposing how federal health agencies under the Biden administration suppressed early warnings about heart inflammation linked to mRNA COVID vaccines.

We have also explored the gain-of-function research Fauci was involved in, with the engineering of GM viruses making it difficult to determine whether or not a novel pathogen is natural or human-made – and lack of distinctions between vaccines and bioweapons.
This ambiguity allows for plausible deniability on the part of those attacking a target population – something Fauci knows all so well.

But the truth eventually came out, and those who spoke up against the deeper agenda at hand were validated a thousand times over.

But one glaring problem still remains: Barely anyone has been held accountable for uprooting the world, consolidating profits, and injuring or killing potentially millions.
Fauci has been living it up since the ‘pandemic’ period, even making an appearance at a HIV conference in Brisbane in 2023 – returning to the prior topic that made him famous.

There have been calls for years since everything ended to ‘throw Fauci in jail’ for his actions, and now it seems like the spotlight is finally being directed towards him.
Will Fauci actually be convicted for his crimes? I doubt it.
The protections offered to those in the highest positions of the Cult of Scientism are generally very hard to penetrate, but this saga is highlighting to the world just how scared once-trusted figurehead ‘experts’ are when confronted on their claims and ‘facts’.
Even if Fauci doesn’t end up facing punishment for his deceptions, this is yet again another piece of the validation puzzle – showing who was really on the right side of history here.
Watching him squirm was quite the enjoyable experience, if I say so myself.
Well done to all who never fell for the spellcasting of Fauci and other Priests of Scientism, and I would hate to be someone on the other side of the fence right now after seeing this.
