The mRNA ‘revolution’ continues.
NEW MRNA CANCER JAB
Australian authorities say they are taking a ‘significant step’ against childhood brain cancer, with the development of new onshore manufacturing capabilities aimed at producing “personalised” mRNA vaccines – tailored to an individual patient’s tumours.
The initiative – announced this week – positions Australia at the forefront of ‘innovative cancer therapeutics’, bolstering our domestic biotechnology capacity.

The programme centres on the PaedNEO-VAX trial – a world-first clinical study designed to evaluate bespoke mRNA vaccines in children with advanced or treatment-resistant tumours.
The trial, expected to begin later this year, will be rolled out across eight paediatric hospitals in Queensland, South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia.

Unlike conventional vaccines that prevent infectious diseases, these ‘cancer vaccines’ will aim to ‘train the immune system to recognise and attack malignant cells’.
In this trial, small samples of each participant’s tumour will undergo genomic sequencing to identify unique “neoantigens” – fingerprints on the surface of cancer cells that can be targeted by the immune system.
Once these ‘personalised targets’ are identified, mRNA vaccines will be manufactured to ‘instruct the body’s immune system to wage a precise attack on the tumour’.
All I am hearing is ‘targets’ and ‘attack’ – and I don’t like a technology inside of me that can do that, even if it is supposedly to treat a tumour.
Australia’s biotech firm Southern RNA has been entrusted with the task of producing these tailor-made jabs domestically, supported by Canadian mRNA specialist Providence Therapeutics – which is contributing its proprietary vaccine platform and technical expertise.
Health authorities say this type of local manufacturing capability would mark a significant advance for Australia’s sovereign production of ‘cutting-edge treatments’.
Historically, most mRNA therapeutics and vaccines have been manufactured overseas.
By developing this capacity at home, Australia not only accelerates timelines for manufacturing, but also ensures no chain supply disruptions can occur.
Let’s not forget there was a delay in getting COVID jabs because of this to begin with.

According to the trial’s scientific leads, the ‘personalised vaccines’ are expected to be ready within approximately eight weeks of a child’s enrolment.
Children participating in the study will receive a series of injections, followed by a booster, with clinicians monitoring clinical outcomes over the course of the four-year trial.
Professor Brandon Wainwright, scientific lead of the trial, said that ‘personalised’ mRNA vaccines had already shown “encouraging results” in adult patients with large tumours.
The trial is backed by a combination of government funding, philanthropic support, and private investment. The Australian Government has contributed millions of dollars to enable the research, along with partners such as The University of Queensland and the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI).
The future is mRNA, ladies and gentlemen, and every single vaccine will soon become this new form of technology. Able to target and attack inside of one’s body, facilitated by developments in genome editing research.
A ‘revolution’ in health the likes we have only seen in science fiction tales to this point.
Now, it becomes a reality.
MRNA REVOLUTION
Beyond the immediate clinical goals, the project reflects wider strategic efforts to grow Australia’s capacity in advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
Investments in mRNA technology and infrastructure over recent years have laid the groundwork for initiatives like this, which could pave the way for future ‘personalised therapies’ – not only for cancer, but also for a range of other conditions.
COVID jabs were just a surface level introduction to what is coming.
We have already witnessed Australia run head first into this transition, with research hubs, ‘innovative’ jabs already launched, and a future where all jabs are mRNA coded.

No vaccine will ever cure or prevent anything. I feel so sad for these kids and their parents hoping for a good outcome of a trial, I will be surprised if they suddenly recover and are normal again. Only way to stop brain cancer is get rid of the heavy metals in their brain, not by putting more into their little bodies.
