A growing body of research shows that spending time in nature elevates our mood, reduces stress, enhances creativity, restores attention, improves cardiovascular health, and assists with the functioning of our immune system.
The following video explores the spiritually impoverished age we live in, and examines how to re-awaken spiritual faculties as a means to truly experience the ultimate temple of the divine – our planet.
“Nature is full of genius, full of the divinity…Blessed are they who never read a newspaper, for they shall see Nature, and through her, God.”
— Henry David Thoreau, Journals.

Nature is a very vauge message of the Creator God and we should use it more, but we also have His written word in our own language (although it helps to know the original languages to avoid the traps laid by leaders of mainstream religions e.g. “church” is ecclesia which really means “The called out ones” or God’s chosen people, not an organization or a building.) I have found more spiritual help in reading the bible every day as well as living in a natural setting than I ever would have by just going for a bush walk.
