AMENDMENTS GO LIVE
Ratified amendments to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) International Health Regulations (IHR) have officially entered into force.
From 19 September 2025, the agreement between member states will introduce new provisions “to strengthen global pandemic preparedness and response”.
Key changes include the creation of a new “pandemic emergency” alert level, and the requirement for each member state to designate a National IHR Authority to coordinate implementation at the national level.
These steps will go live “..when a health risk escalates beyond a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC) and poses the risk of becoming, or has already become, a pandemic, with widespread impact on the health system and disruption to societies.
In 2024, WHO Member States adopted amendments by consensus at the Seventy-seventh World Health Assembly in Geneva.
WHO says these updates were developed “to address lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic” and has come into effect for most WHO member states.
“The strengthening of the International Health Regulations represents a historic commitment to protect future generations from the devastating impact of epidemics and pandemics,” said WHO Director-General, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
“We know that no one is safe until everyone is safe. The IHR amendments reaffirm our shared responsibility and solidarity in the face of global health risks.”

The same dystopian verbiage we find with saying like, “we’re all in this together”.
Today’s “strengthening” of the IHR provides “powerful momentum” to complete the Pandemic Agreement (or “treaty”) – which, once finalised, will ‘help to prevent a repeat of the devastation to health, societies and economies caused by COVID-19’.
That’s according to Tedros, anyway. We know what the treaty is really about.
At present, member states actively negotiating an annex to the ‘pandemic treaty’ – particularly in the areas of Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing.

Once that is implemented, coupled with these new IHR amendments, we will witness the birth of an unprecedented era of health control.

With both sides of politics here in Australia fully committed to the WHO and their agendas, it seems there is no escape from us following whatever structure is developed.
What is this agenda, you may ask?
Total world health control.
For instance, let’s not forget that Bill Gates recently came out with a new book called “How To Prevent The Next Pandemic,” describing his vision to do just that.
Among his recommendations: A global health database, governments armed with quarantine powers and a quick-time vaccine development system.

How lovely (sarcasm).
It seems that most of the current strategic pushes by WHO for amendments and treaties my stem directly back to Gates, who is one of the organisation’s biggest funders.
One example can be found in Gates’ call for rapid response teams and central control – staples of the messaging behind his book and philanthropy post-COVID.

Tedros was certainly a fan of the book, going so far as to post about receiving the gift on X:
The whole reason for these moves, on the surface level, is because ‘the world was woefully unprepared in 2019’ — and centralised WHO control will help ‘solve this’.
This is despite the fact that Event 201 simulations were held just months prior to the ‘outbreak’, co-hosted by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
The world has ‘unprepared’, alright.

Now, with IHR amendments now in effect and the end of the treaty process approaching, it seems like the second phase of their vision for world health control is about to begin.

Upon watching the simulation of CHANCE pandemic, Agenda 201 screened in October 2019, my reaction was to instantly check the B.S. meter and sure enough it was fully charged, hence I was able to prepare for what was coming. Unless enough of the population in this country has finally woken up to the skullduggery our SELECTED Government has placed us in by being unable to say NO to the WHO, then humanity will no longer be a viable species. i intend to remain as human as possible whilst still alive in this realm. The pandemic they designed and had to have so they could have more and give out injections and quarantines to keep us all safe, poor souls that we are. Do they really think we are all that stupid.!
Apparently most are that stupid, otherwise they would not have gotten away with what they did during the Covid era. There are still believers in this madness as I see quite often people with masks, still. There is no way there can be a true pandemic in the 21st century. In past times people fell ill and caught all manner of infections because there was no sanitation, clean water and a lack of personal hygiene. Also nutrition was abysmal in most cases. Compare that to any western country and you have your answer to the likelihood of dying from infectious disease. Also we have antibiotics that have controlled bacterial infections very effectively but have been overused, especially in animal farming. As far as sharing pathogens generated in a lab that have been weaponised is a really bad idea, but that doesn’t stop them from doing it. It’s all for money and power imo.
