Unlawful mandates continue to be exposed.
SACKING COMPENSATION
In the aftermath of the COVID period, as the ‘pandemic’ narrative continues to fall apart, more frontline workers are seeing victory in their fight for justice.
In news this week, Queensland Police have backflipped on a COVID-era decision to sack officers who refused to get the vaccine after a tribunal ruled against the sacking.
Officers who refused to get a COVID-19 vaccination are returning to work after the major tribunal win, a battle that begun during the ‘pandemic’ period.
Almost two years later, Justice Glenn Martin ruled that the QPS and QAS policies breached part of the Human Rights Act (HRA).

In a written decision, Justice Martin found the directives breached Section 58 of the HRA, which states that all public service employees consider human rights before making a decision, and that they must act and make decisions that are compatible.

It is the latest news to emerge for frontline workers, who are now the last to receive any type of justice following the ending of regular mandates across the board.
Nurses had their mandate removed at the end of 2023, while unvaccinated teachers were allowed to return to the classroom after having their pays doxed.
Another industry that could soon be held accountable for their actions is airlines, particularly Qantas, who sacked almost 2,000 people during the ‘pandemic’.
Qantas could be forced to pay the maximum penalty of $121 million for illegally outsourcing the roles of 1,700 ground workers, to send a strong message to all companies, a union says.

The TWU started a case in the Federal Court in 2020 over the outsourcing of workers, to which Qantas appealed the case all the way to the High Court.
The High Court unanimously upheld the Federal Court’s finding stating Qantas had breached the Fair Work Act by outsourcing the workers, preventing existing employees from accessing industrial rights to collectively bargain and take action.
In October, Qantas was ordered to pay workers as compensation for their economic loss, pain and suffering. The TWU is seeking the maximum penalty of $121 million.

“We have to send a very strong, clear signal to Qantas and every other company in Australia that this can never, ever happen again to any Australian worker,” Kaine said.
It is good to see some more results for frontline workers who stood by their morals.
Many had to completely change their lives at the drop of a hat, not willingly, like many Australians did. Faced with uncertainty over protecting their bodily autonomy.
A FIGHT FOR TRUTH
It has been a long road to get to this point, and the results are still not completely across the board even in 2025. But, for the most part, the fight was a success.
When mandates first began, many police officers questioned the legitimacy of Australia’s actions to curtail the spread of ‘coronavirus’ at the time, as well as the severity of the disease and enforcement response.
Some also appeared at rallies to speak in the openly about their experiences, as did many from professions across the country who were no longer able to work.
But not all police are sharing the same result as these QLD cops.
Down in Victoria, police officers who were fired for refusing to get a COVID vaccination are permanently banned from re-joining the force, despite being 800 police short.
The division was so high inside of the force that in late-2021, a senior member of Victoria Police resigned from the force after publicly expressing her objection to the enforcement of the state’s Chief Health Officer directions.

With all the conscious cops gone, we all know how that played out.
Dr. T.J. Coles previously explored the powers behind lockdown policing, including the militarisation of forces, international agreements, and private mercenaries.
We still don’t know for sure just how many of the protest thugs were true cops.
Let’s hope that one day Victoria will see the same results as Queensland.
Qantas, on the other hand, are just frauds. Let’s not forget the former CEO who was the highest paid CEO in Australia at the time, without a backbone in sight.
I made my thoughts very well-known at the time:
This is the same company that began trialling ‘digital health passports’ in 2021, before all Australians had even taken the initial two shots.
I am happy to say, to this day, I haven’t touched Qantas again.
Probably a good thing considering the amount of emergency landings and incidents that occur these days, as well as scandals over underpaid employees and baggage handling.
Let’s hope that if they ever try to pull this stunt again, perhaps some precedents have now been set that will give citizens more breathing room under the fist of tyranny.
The truth is completely out in the open these days, from vaccine side effects, to unlawful directives, to shady coercive jab policies. We were all right all along.
You passed the IQ test of the century, well done.
