What does the future hold for future ‘pandemic’ responses?
AGREEMENT ADOPTED
The World Health Organization (WHO) has officially adopted the controversial ‘pandemic agreement’ after three years of negotiations, with the legally binding pact announced in Geneva on Tuesday.

The pact was touted as a “victory” for members of the international health agency, with WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus calling the agreement “a gift to the world”.
The pact aims to ensure that drugs, therapeutics and vaccines are “readily accessible” when the next ‘pandemic’ hits. It requires manufacturers to allocate a target of 20 per cent of their vaccines, medicines and tests to the WHO during a ‘pandemic’ to ‘ensure poorer countries have access’.

“The agreement is a victory for public health, science and multilateral action,” said Tedros.
“It will ensure we, collectively, can better protect the world from future pandemic threats”.
The Agreement refers to the WHO as “directing and co-ordinating authority” in the event of a ‘pandemic’.
However, it does appear that many elements of the original plan — such as data retention — have since been removed to get it to pass.
It’s very watered down, essentially, but still a problem nonetheless.
Australia unsurprisingly has backed the agreement, stating it was ‘an important step forward’, Health Minister Mark Butler said in a statement.

“The next pandemic is not a matter of if, but when,” he said.
“We have a collective responsibility to protect public health in all of our countries.”
Australia’s Jane Halton, the chair of the Coalition of Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), weighed in with support for the new WHO Pandemic Agreement.
However, not all countries have followed us into this dystopia.
124 members of the WHO adopted the agreement, while 11 countries, including Poland, Israel, Italy, Russia, Slovakia and Iran, abstained.
The United States are also missing from the pact, with the country currently in the process of withdrawing from the WHA and declining. to participate in the vote.
Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., criticised the proceedings in a televised address to the assembly.

“It has doubled down with the pandemic agreement which will lock in all of the dysfunction of the WHO pandemic response … We’re not going to participate in that,” he said.
Wouldn’t it be great to have a health official like that in Australia?
The pact will not go into full effect until countries agree to share information on infectious disease, with negotiations on this starting in July, WHO says.
It’s finally here, ladies and gentlemen.
Australia is running headfirst into a situation where powers in the event of a ‘disease outbreak’ are placed into the hands of unelected, offshore institutions – and their corporate backers.
WHAT IS COMING?
TOTT News has been following the movements of these discussions since the idea of a ‘pandemic treaty’ first emerged in the aftermath of the COVID era.
In 2022, both sides of Australia’s false blue-red paradigm committed to sign any future pandemic treaties that would arise, and also state their intentions to do so on official government website pages.
In 2023, the Australian government has released a consultation paper detailing their adherence to a “global accord” on “pandemic prevention, preparedness and response” moving forward.
As the agreement drew closer, we saw authorities begin to warn of the potential of a new ‘pathogen’ – “Disease X” – that may ‘soon emerge and take the world by storm’.
This was echoed here at home as well, with both media and politicians beginning to unleash propaganda about how a ‘future pandemic’ was almost a certainty to appear again.
CEPI, headed up by Australia’s Jane Halton, recently unveiled their “100 Days Mission” – a vaccine ‘pressure test’ for universities and institutions to check their rapid response timing.
Now, with the official arrival of the WHO treaty, it seems plausible that something may be waiting in the wings to soon be unleased on the world.
It remains to be seen what this agreement will actually hold for the world if this is the case. Many have suspected organisations like WHO will have more centralised powers to dictate ‘pandemic’ responses.
According to Bill Gates, a major funder of WHO, we need to establish a Global Epidemic Response and Mobilization (GERM) team to tackle any ‘pandemic-like situation’ whenever ‘it happens again’.
This is the same person who praised Australia’s authoritarian response and COVID lockdowns in 2020, as the virus psychosis engulfed most of the country.
With both sides of politics here in Australia fully committed to the WHO Pandemic Agreement, it seems there is no escape from us following whatever agenda is planned by these offshore institutions.
Australia will join discussions on how to best share health information under this agreement in July, and when worked out, we will be locked and loaded for complete pharma-driven corporate takeover.
Even with the United States no longer a part of this spider web, don’t underestimate just how this treaty could completely change the landscape of our country in the future.

Fucking Nauseating.
We need to revise the Commonwealth Criminal Code and specifically Section 80, Acts Of Treason.
Anyone who was involved in the signing of the Pandemic Agreement should held before a court and be tried against that new legislation.
I have read the Pandemic Agreement document. I am pretty confident that were it explained to the people of Australia, the answer would be a resounding ……. fuck no.
But then again, Australia was built on the back of the sheep, so maybe nothings changed.
Political Parties have a responsibility to get clarity from all constituents on any matter of governnce whereby an external Political power can dictate its own policy on any matters affecting the constituents of that country, being Australia.
Apparently NOT, when you’re NotMyGov.Con.aEwe > ARE, part of The ChineseCommunistParty’s Australian front office – Just recently ‘RE – Installed’, via ‘Popular – Vote’?!? = Apparently.
Political Parties ‘ResponsibiliTies’ are to Corporate Shareholders, & their ‘Foreign’ Directors of Policy! The ‘CONstituents’, Shouldn’t be off their WEF/BIS/UN Social Media ‘Blinkered’ Hamster wheel anyway! LOL.
Foreign/Def; Belonging To, or Associated with – A Country which IS NOT your own. (Zero problems there, for Over a Century!).

Jane Halton that all knowing all seeing wench that just wont fuck off from leeching onto whatever govt or body corp that will take her. raking in millions from all her board and chair positions dictating to govt what she wants for the people.
just do a quick search and see all the titles, entitlements and influences she and her just as leeching husband, the failed statistician of ABS, has done in the past and where both of them come from… life long govt bureaucrats behind the scenes but influential and both lead the con-vid scam under morrison.
and what qualifies her for the top medical job… she’s a psychologist! that’s it, the rest of her qualifications come from rubbing shoulders with pollies thanks to her dad that worked for whitlam back in the day. just like Gates, she knows better than everyone bc she says so and the pollies trust her.
we’re fucked thanks to these types of career leeches pushed onto our govt system by there handlers, same as ardern in nz who went back to the uk to collect her dues from her handlers. she was sent to RULE nz until they got all they wanted, then she just quit like it was a side hussle while she was working on getting that big job that she always wanted.
let’s see how the new treaty spans out, but it won’t be any less damaging nor less draconian than the con-vid scam. maybe they’ll get dick-tator dan to come back bc he was the best at it
peace
