JACOB ROTHSCHILD DEAD
It has been reported that Jacob Rothschild, the infamous financier and philanthropist of the Rothschild banking family, has died aged 87.
Rothschild and the heart of the British Empire are linked together.
Lord Rothschild, as he was commonly known, held a number of senior roles in the City of London throughout his lifetime, including deputy chair of BSkyB between 2003 and 2008.
He was chair of RIT Capital Partners, one of the largest investment trusts quoted on the London Stock Exchange, from 1988 to 2019.
He also played a prominent national role in arts and philanthropy, including as chair of trustees of the National Gallery between 1985 and 1991 and chair of the National Heritage Memorial Fund between 1992 and 1998, which oversaw the distribution of £1.2 billion in grants to the ‘heritage’ sector.
He was active in the work to restore Somerset House in London, and was awarded the order of merit in 2002, which recognises outstanding service in the field of arts, literature, learning and science.
St James’s Place said it was “deeply saddened”. “As a hugely accomplished financier and a co-founder of St James’s Place, Lord Rothschild leaves an extraordinary legacy in helping to shape the financial advice profession in the UK,” it said.
Sir Ronald Cohen, the chair of the Portland Trust and a founding partner of Apax Partners: “The world has lost a remarkably creative and successful leader of finance, philanthropy and the arts.”
The former chancellor George Osborne, now chair of trustees at the British Museum, wrote on X that Rothschild “…made the very most of the privilege he was born into, contributing hugely to the cultural and commercial life of Britain. His contributions to the Waddesdon gallery make it one of the jewels of the British Museum.”
I’ll never forget, before starting TOTT News, being inspired to do so largely in part by Luke Rudkowski from We Are Change. His efforts confronting the power elites, including the 9/11 Commission panel, were legendary in the eyes of a young Ethan. But one confrontation topped them all..
Luke confronted Lord Rothschild himself, letting him know the New World Order would not succeed.
The sheer cahoonas on Luke is still something I admire to this day, and when this news broke, I couldn’t help but think back to those days that are long ago now.
Perhaps, if it wasn’t for this confrontation, you might not be reading this piece right now.
It certainly is the end of an era.
Contrary to belief, however, Lord Rothschild was not a key player in the family in the later years of his life. Jacob Rothschild did start his career at the family bank NM Rothschild & Sons, before leaving in 1980 to co-found a number of companies, including J Rothschild Assurance Group.
His inactivity in the main wing of the family for decades was largely due to a rift that grew between him and his brother, Evelyn de Rothschild, who died in 2022 and was the man largely in charge.
Jacob existed on the outskirts of the main family in London, although his name still commanded a position of power allowing him to still have influence throughout the country.
Indeed, the power structures that we have known for many years are beginning to shift across the board, with the next generation now coming through to lead the empires into the next era of control.
So long, Jacob. Now our eyes turn to the new Rothschild crop waiting in the wings.
THE OLD GUARD
The Rothschild family and the modern monopoly slave system are as old as each other, with the family dynasty holding a firm grip across many continents, for many centuries. Wining and dining with kings and queens, and dipping the fingers into the fabric of Western society’s development.
British financier and banking elitist, Evelyn de Rothschild, died last year after an illness at the age of 91. Evelyn was a financial advisor to the Queen, Jacob’s brother, and head of the London wing.
Now, with the ‘old guard’ dropping off, the younger generation are taking the realm to steer the ship forward. This time, the strategy will include a slow-creep celebrity makeover (see Nicky Hilton already).
In November, Henry Kissinger was announced dead at 100, another name synonymous with the state.
David Rockefeller, the billionaire businessman and philanthropist, also died a few years ago.
And, if they’re not dead, they have begun packing up shop to leave, passing their empires through the family. We saw this in with Rupert Murdoch handing over control to his son, Lauchlan back in August.
Just a month prior, it was announced that billionaire ‘culture mover’ George Soros would also be passing on power to his son, Alex, as the old man looks to take a back seat moving forward.
Many of those that suffered at the hands of these oligarchs would have loved to have lived to see this day, for all the pain these individuals have caused, but now a new problem stands in its place.
It’s time to get familiar with the new guys on the block.
