Another huge battle has commenced.
ASTRAZENECA LAWSUIT
AstraZeneca is facing legal action by 80 people who say they were injured by their vaccine in the U.K.
The claims of 35 alleged victims of the AstraZeneca COVID vaccine have already been lodged against the pharmaceutical giant, in what is tipped to be one of the biggest legal cases of its kind.
Many of the claimants have received one-off fixed tax-free payments of £120,000 under the government’s Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS), provided to those injured or to bereaved next of kin.
The families say the level of compensation is wholly insufficient, and has not been adjusted for inflation.
Official figures obtained under a Freedom of Information request showed at least 144 out of 148 VDPS payments had gone to recipients of the AstraZeneca vaccine, the Daily Telegraph reported. And an attempt to have the VDPS overhauled is at the heart of these legal actions.
Claimants have to show the vaccine caused serious disability of at least 60%.
On 7 April 2021, the U.K’s Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation advised adults aged under 30 be offered an alternative to the AstraZeneca vaccine, “…following reports of extremely rare blood clots in a very small number of people”.
On 7 May 2021, the guidance was amended to apply to adults aged under 40.
One clamant, father-of-two Jamie Scott, suffered a blood clot that left him with brain damage and unable to keep working. The action, taken under the Consumer Protection Act, alleges the vaccine was “defective” as it was less safe than individuals were entitled to expect.
AstraZeneca said: “Patient safety is our highest priority and regulatory authorities have clear and stringent standards to ensure the safe use of all medicines, including vaccines.”
“Our sympathy goes out to anyone who has lost loved ones or reported health problems.”
I’m sure they are deeply sad..
Of course, any compensation to arise would be paid for by the U.K taxpayer, given indemnity clauses that were given to AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and more.
But it is a step in the right direction, once again.
Here in Australia, the state government of South Australia was recently ordered to pay a former employee compensation after he suffered from pericarditis following a COVID-19 booster shot.
AstraZeneca was the first COVID vaccine to the market and caused damage from the very start, both overseas in the United Kingdom and right here in Australia.
We must never forget the damage this biopharma corporation unleashed on society.
THE CLOT SHOT
The timeline of AstraZeneca’s path of carnage is one that should be written in history books.
On 7 February 2021, the vaccine rollout in South Africa was suspended.
Researchers from the University of the Witwatersrand released data that suggested the AstraZeneca vaccine provided minimal protection against mild or moderate disease infection among young people.
On 3 March 2021, Austria suspended the use after two people had blood clots after vaccination, one of whom died.
Several other countries, including Denmark, Iceland, Bulgaria, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Slovenia also halted the vaccine rollout while waiting for the EMA to finish a safety review triggered by the cases.
On 29 March 2021, Canada’s National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI) recommended that distribution of the vaccine be suspended for patients below the age of 55.
On 15 April 2021, the Norwegian Institute of Public Health recommended to the government to permanently suspend vaccination with AstraZeneca due to the “rare but severe incidents with low platelet counts, blood clots, and haemorrhages”.
Since, in the case of Norway, “…the risk of dying after vaccination with the AstraZeneca vaccine would be higher than the risk of dying from the disease, particularly for younger people”.
And then it was Australia’s turn.
The AstraZeneca vaccine was approved for use in people aged 18 and over as a primary course from 15 February 2021.
The rollout began on 22 February 2021, right around the time countries like South Africa and Austria had already gathered data.
Despite this, Australia’s Chief Medical Officer Paul Kelly, said there was no evidence the AstraZeneca vaccine causes blood clots.
However, just a few months into the vaccine rollout, May 2021, Australia’s medicines watchdog revealed that multiple people were affected by blood clots after getting the AstraZeneca COVID vaccine:
On 17 June 2021, the following month, Australia revised its recommendations for the rollout of the vaccine, recommending that the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine be used for people aged under 60 years.
Just like when the data showed the jab did not ‘stop the spread’, yet our ‘experts’ were baffled when we found that out here.
By October 2021, AstraZeneca was toast, with over 7 million doses sitting after being wasted.
Despite this, the jab was approved as a booster dose in February 2022, and has stuck around another year beyond that. It was finally discontinued from our country just under one year ago in 2023.
Although this product is now gone, it won’t change the lives of those who have been impacted by serious side effects. Many similar lawsuits are underway right here in Australia.
Let’s hope these companies are never trusted by the public again.
Exposed for the damage they have caused before attempting to unleash the next scam on the public.

No not heard, so tragic though so many getting injured. It is very easy for the medical cartel to use labels of disease for all the different reactions to poison.
To them it is just a formality. Billions of dollars comes in and there’s a tiny price to pay out that was already factored in.
