A republic representative from the state of New Hampshire has introduced a new bill, the New Hampshire House Bill 1700, that looks to prohibit “…the intentional release of polluting emissions, including cloud seeding, weather modification, excessive electromagnetic radio frequency, and microwave radiation.“
