Widespread use impacts climate cycles.
AIRCON CONUNDRUM
Air conditioning has become an essential safeguard against heat in the modern world, particularly Australia, protecting millions from heat-related discomfort, illness, and death.
Yet, the evidence shows that the very systems that provide relief indoors can also intensify outdoor temperatures and contribute indirectly to changes of our climate.

How does this happen?
Well, air conditioners don’t create cold air in the conventional sense.
Instead, they operate as pumps, removing heat from inside buildings and releasing it outdoors. In the process, they also generate additional waste heat because of the electricity required to power compressors and fans.
The result is that every air conditioning unit expels more heat into the surrounding environment than it removes from the room it cools, contributing to warming of the planet.

While the effect of a single unit is relatively small, the combined impact of millions of units operating simultaneously can become significant, particularly in densely populated areas.
Researchers have found that widespread use of air conditioning can increase local outdoor temperatures, especially in city centres where buildings are closely packed together.
The additional heat released from cooling systems adds to the so-called “urban heat island” effect, whereby cities remain warmer than surrounding rural areas.
In some neighbourhoods, extensive air conditioning use has been linked to increases in outdoor temperatures of around one-to-two degrees celsius – with higher rises possible under certain conditions.
The effect is often most noticeable during the evening and overnight, when waste heat from air conditioning slows the rate at which cities cool down.

As demand for cooling increases sharply during periods of heightened heat, this leads to higher electricity consumption. In countries where power generation still relies heavily on coal, oil or natural gas, greater demand results in increased greenhouse gas emissions.
Despite this, do we see ‘climate warriors’’ turning their aircons off to ‘save the planet’?
Of course not, because farting cows and people eating red meat are actually to blame..
In addition to this, refrigerants used in some air conditioning systems can themselves be potent greenhouse gases if they leak into the atmosphere.
This creates a feedback loop.
As climate change drives more frequent and intense heatwaves, more households, businesses and public buildings install and operate air conditioning.
Greater energy demand can then lead to higher emissions, contributing to further warming and increasing the need for cooling in the future.

It also creates a loop that perpetuates the false climate alarmism narrative.
As this process happens, heat continues to increase – pushing the data and modelling higher.
See how this all works?
Instead of improving building insulation, installing external shading, planting more trees, and expanding green spaces to reduce the need for mechanical cooling, ‘experts’ emphasise that air conditioning ‘remains a critical public health measure’ against fatalities.
Because it suits their agenda, that’s why.
Much like other elements of the fantastical climate story, a plethora of real climate-altering avenues are ignored or swept to the side so the blame can return to what is ‘approved’.
While flying around on air conditioned jets, the elitist parasites want to blame you for negatively shaping the climate cycles of the planet.
This allows for the true agents of chaos to embed themselves deep into our society.
ALL HOT AIR
The road ahead will be very interesting for the climate lobby and their agenda at play.
The number of people who die from heat-related deaths, dubbed society’s “silent killer”, is projected to surge over coming decades – with millions living in so-called ‘heat islands’.

We have seen the alarmist propaganda intensify over the last two decades because of this.
As a result, governments have started to integrate strategies such as ‘heat-resilient mapping’ into local area plans to ‘combat the effects of climate change’.
For instance, in 2022, the City of Melbourne became one of six locations in the world to appoint “chief heat officers” – a first for Australia and part of an international climate change movement to “improve how cities handle heat in a warming world”.

In partnership with the U.S-based Adrienne Arsht-Rockefeller Foundation Resilience Center, six international cities now have chief heat officers dedicated to ‘reducing heat risk’.

Since then, things have only intensified.
Last year, NSW Minister for Energy Penny Sharpe launched The Greater Sydney Heat Taskforce Programs’ Greater Sydney Heat Smart City Plan — promoted as a “world-leading initiative to enhance heat resilience across Greater Sydney”.

According to the plan, it marks “a ground-breaking initiative to combat extreme heat, Sydney’s deadliest natural hazard”.
It is a five-year, collaborative effort, bringing in leaders from the fields of health, environment, urban planning, business, government and community.

Over 40 organisations and 373 individuals contributed to its development, and the plan outlines six key directions and 40 recommendations for ‘building a heat-resilient city’.
Key directions outlined in the plan are:
- Heat Smart Decisions: Improved collaboration, as well as measurement and monitoring of heat risk to improve decision-making for Greater Sydney.
- Heat Smart Economies: The private sector plans for heat, supports risk reduction, minimises the economic impacts of heat, and seeks commercial opportunities in adaptation.
- Heatwave Ready: Clear governance arrangements, funding and guidance support effective heatwave management, and empower communities to build resilience, reduce risks and manage emergencies.
- Heat Smart Research: Researchers and practitioners work collaboratively to deliver heat-resilient solutions.
Lots of suspicious and meaningless words there.
What is really going on underneath the surface here?
Just another step forward in the radical green agenda that looks to ‘prevent’ or ‘mitigate global warming’, the fraudulent campaign that has been repeatedly discredited.

Not one mention of air conditioners, geoengineering, oceans, and other important elements that make up the larger picture of natural climate cycle alteration.
Next time a ‘climate warrior’ wants to attack you for not doing enough to ‘save the planet’, ask them about how often they have aircon devices on – in their homes or in their cars.
We might have to tax them for that usage!
