AI has infiltrated biological sciences.
‘ACCELERATING NATURAL SELECTION’
Australian scientists are developing a “pioneering biological artificial intelligence (AI) system” capable of “dramatically accelerating drug discovery”, potentially cutting years off the development time for medicines.

Take a look at some of the programs currently being launched:
One platform, named PROTEUS (PROTein Evolution Using Selection), “…enables the rapid creation and evolution of molecules with new or enhanced functions directly inside mammalian cells”.
Led by the University of Sydney and published in Nature Communications, the study reports on PROTEUS, stating this advancement “paves the way for more effective gene therapies and next-generation medicines”.

Researchers explained that while ‘directed evolution’ has traditionally been confined to bacterial cells, PROTEUS represents a major leap by “enabling such evolution within mammalian cells for the first time”.
This allows scientists to mimic and “speed up natural selection”, reducing processes that once took years, to weeks.

“What is new about our work is that directed evolution primarily works in bacterial cells, whereas PROTEUS can evolve molecules in mammal cells,” said Greg Neely, co-senior author of the study from the University of Sydney.
The research, conducted by the University of Sydney’s Charles Perkins Center and the Centenary Institute, has made PROTEUS open source.
This decision aims to “…enable global adoption to accelerate the development of advanced enzymes, molecular tools, therapeutics, and improved gene-editing and mRNA-based medicines“.
The researchers say the PROTEUS platform “uses virus-like particles to introduce mutations and select improved proteins inside the mammalian cells”, ‘without disrupting or damaging the cells themselves’.
Boy, oh boy.
Another platform by Monash University, ‘PSICHIC’ (PhySIcoCHemICal), “brings together expertise at the interface of computing technology and drug discovery to offer an entirely new approach”.

PSICHIC uses only sequence data, alongside AI, to “decode protein-molecule interactions with state-of-the-art accuracy, while eliminating the need for costly and less accurate processes such as 3D structures”.
Yes, while most people are working hard to provide for their families and survive in this modern age, the mad scientists are hard at work infusing artificial intelligence advancements with gene-editing research.
Like most industries, AI is allowing for rapid developments in technical capability to occur. The field of biology is no different, in almost a calculated irony.
The artificial system is helping to understand the biological world further.
Perhaps this was the plan all along.
‘BIOLOGICAL RENAISSANCE’
In the modern world, advanced artificial intelligence approaches are rapidly transforming how biological data sets are acquired and analysed. It is ‘revolutionising’ understand of natural processes.

And it is only just getting started.
Generative AI (AGI), once it arrives in the near future, could transform the field of genomics by offering innovative tools and approaches to understanding complex biological data.
AI already facilitates the understanding of diverse protein systems and discovery of protein tools such as CRISPR effectors. AI-based protein engineering is also enhancing CRISPR editing and advancing our ability to perturb cells and even construct ‘virtual cells’.
This is what they are calling the “biological renaissance” — one that is powered by AI.

“Imagine a world where algorithms predict the next pandemic before it strikes, where you receive custom-designed treatments tailored to your individual genetic makeup, lifestyle, and medical history, and where scientists test new drugs and therapies on digital twins in simulated clinical trials, speeding up the development of life-saving treatments and reducing our reliance on traditional, time-consuming methods”, the article reads.
I imagine that type of scenario in my nightmares, yes.
There is something truly unsettling about the CRISPR-driven, Huxleyan Brave New World Order.
Now consider the recent discovery of a ‘supercharged’ CRISPR technique that allows scientists the opportunity to transform seeds, crops and foods in a way that ‘connects them to the environment’.
Editing Nature: The rise of ‘smart plants’ and ‘smart seeds’
We live in an age where the digital and physical boundaries are dissolving.
We’re no longer just passively observing life through a microscope, we’re actively engineering it. This isn’t science fiction, it’s the ‘groundbreaking’ reality of biology today, where we’re rewriting the very code of life itself.
The complete merging of the artificial with all natural processes.
Universities, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, startups, and technology giants are racing to harness this data, equipping a new generation of researchers with the tools to decipher life itself.
Elon Musk’s stated mission with his xAI company is to “understand reality”, and biological reality is a major part.
Now, the transhumanist tentacles look to further alter the natural human being.
Driven by an ‘artificial’ intelligence to ours.
We are living in a world that, just a few generations ago, would only read about in sci-fi novels.

Well researched and definitely nightmarish! We can now see how the mark of the beast will be an ‘upgrade’ and be sold to everyone as the best thing you could do AND pledge allegiance to the Antichrist and his New World Order – all for your peace and safety. What a deception! Jesus warned us this would happen just before He returns and now it is possible in the next few years!
Soon everything will be “smart”…except humans.
