This is not the first time they have breached the industry code of practice.
MODERNA FINED
Moderna has been ordered to pay almost £44,000 after 12-year-olds were encouraged to join COVID vaccine trials with the promise of teddy bears.
The U.S-based biotech firm was found by Britain’s pharmaceutical watchdog to have “discredited the industry”, as well as “failing to maintain high standards”.

The complaint related to four X adverts published by Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in June and July 2023, which looked to recruit children aged 12 and over for Moderna’s ‘updated’ mRNA vaccine.
The adverts, which were aimed at children rather than their parents, added: “All our junior volunteers get a lovely certificate and a ‘be part of the research’ teddy bear.”

Two separate articles published online also sought to directly recruit children.
Molly Kingsley, the founder of campaign group UsForThem, said: “For any pharmaceutical company to effectively bribe children with the offer of free teddy bears to take part in a trial of a product posing a degree of risk to the child is sinister and deeply unsavoury behaviour.”
“Moreover, given that by the time of this trial, it was well established that COVID posed only minimal clinical risk to healthy children. It is hard to see how these trials for otherwise healthy children were ever judged ethical in the first place.”
Under The Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) Regulations, it is prohibited for incentives or financial inducements to be given to children or their parents.

Pharmaceutical companies are also banned from directly advertising to children.
Moderna was found to have breached four clauses of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) Code of Practice by the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA).
This is not the first time the company has been caught doing this, either.
The company was rebuked by regulators in October after offering children cash to test its new mRNA-1283 vaccine.

Moderna was ordered to pay £14,000 after it emerged that a representative had sent a WhatsApp message offering £1,500 to children, which was described by the PMCPA as “inappropriate financial inducement”.
‘Inappropriate’? I could think of much better words that could be used there.
The company was also reprimanded last year for using off-label data to promote its Spikevax vaccine at the European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases in 2022.
The sooner people learn that these are the dirty tricks of Big Pharma, the better.
Moderna, who have already breached multiple guidelines on advertising and product placement (not to mention the harms that followed), have no regard for their actions.
Unfortunately, with even more mRNA vaccines on the way, it seems like Moderna won’t be going away any time soon either – as the “mRNAge” continues to change the industry.
MORE JABS ON THE WAY
Moderna has left a trail of destruction in their wake, and it seems they are not done yet.
Despite being fined on numerous occasions, the flashy advertising techniques continue.
Moderna’s aired an eerie 90-second TV ad promoting the coming “mRNAge” in Australia just a year ago now, as the company looks to “regain a positive reputation” ahead of the “next generation” of messenger vaccines.
Vaccines they will be at the forefront of.
In fact, in December 2024 – after two years of construction – Moderna’s ‘world-class’ mRNA manufacturing facility opened in Victoria, reported here on TOTT News, with hopes to produce up to 100 million doses of mRNA shots per year.
In 2022, Melbourne was chosen as the home of Moderna’s first facility outside of North America, following an agreement with the Commonwealth and Victorian governments.
So, this won’t be the last time we here from them.
It also won’t be the last time they market their biological products towards children, either.
Hopefully, though, people have started to wake up to the games at play.
In 2023, Senator Alex Antic questioned Moderna representatives about the rate of adverse events associated with their COVID vaccine, for which they once again said they were ‘not aware’ of a report that records a rate of 1 in 800 vaccinated people.
This is despite stating they ‘regularly screen scientific literature’ and the purpose of the entire estimate being around vaccine ‘efficacy and safety’.
Gerard Rennick also joined in on the Moderna mauling, asking what percentage of profits Moderna allocates to help people who have been injured by the vaccine?
The answer?
Zero.
Indeed, they couldn’t care less about those who have been maimed and harmed by their products, as long as they are raking in the profits.
The biopharma industry certainly has a lot to answer for, especially for promoting their products to children who are: 1) not at risk, and 2) don’t know any better.
Where is the accountability?
How long will companies like Moderna be allowed to get away with it?

That is the big question, Ethan: “How long will companies like Moderna be allowed to get away with it?” I don’t see their activity ending anytime soon, as they have nearly all governments in their pocket…and many people still think vaccination is beneficial. Moderna is another shyster, Khazarian-Mafia outfit bent on sickening the bulk of Western humanity, while making a motza along the way.
It comes down to: what/who will be destroyed first: Harma or humanity? “To be or not to be?”: this is the big question for humanity.
